OpenEye SCADA is a key WASKO product developed for 15 years. It is an innovative system of visualisation of technological processes dedicated at the following:

  • plants possessing automated production lines,
  • utilities distribution enterprises (gas, water, heat),
  • companies and institutions managing dispersed assets (meteorologial stations, measurement probes, maintenance free objects),
  • units of complex technical infrastructure (hospitals, universities, offices etc.)
  • integrators of building installations as BMS (Building Management System) class system .

OpenEye SCADA aims at control of production processes, supervision of gas networks operation, water, heat and energy. It works very well as an application integrating various installations: building within BMS, technical utilities (hospitals), networks (TCP/IP) as well as server and arrays. OpenEye SCADA software is applied in both single position applications and in dispersed systems with server/client architecture.

The most important tasks of OpenEye SCADA system are as follows: monitoring of technological processes, supervision of correctness of work of installations as well as alerting in irregular situations, controlling parameters of work of devices as well as collection of technological data. The system processes complicated technical information and presents data in graphic form (on clear schemes, graphs and synoptic boards). For this purpose the system is equipped in the set of verified tools which support operator’s everyday work – graphic engine for creation of schemes and applications, comfortable alert panel facilitating observation of events, creator of reports for preparation of various surveys.

OpenEye SCADA application enables:

  • clear reduction of maintenance and supervision costs,
  • shortening of malfunction removal time,
  • lowering of malfunction elimination costs,
  • optimisation of technological processes management,
  • increase in the quality of production by means of permanent monitoring,
  • obtaining precise information for managerial needs.
