to take up employment. Trainees will get to know the ins and
outs of the company as well as put into practice theoretical
knowledge gained at university. For the best ones there is an
option of changing regular internship into a “diploma
internship”. We want our internships to be as effective as
possible in order for the students to gain the necessary knowledge
and skills they will later use in their professional careers.
People with professional experience usually start their employment
on independent positions, while those who have worked longer in the
company may be promoted to a specialist position (technical
specialist, consultant, specific programme or technology
specialist). The next stage is coordination of smaller tasks
or task sets (team manager, subproject manager), followed by a
managerial position of lower or higher level – depending on the
project and department. It may involve managing a department
